I approached IMS as I had a 33% hike in fees in two years from Worldpay. don’t deal with cold callers. They asked a few questions about the business, gave two recommendations on new providers of which I chose the slightly more expensive one. I achieved a 2/3 reduction in fees. Great service throughout.
